P3s are the financing method behind the Trans Texas Corridor (TTC) and the primary mechanism keeping aspects of it alive today. Loop 9 in southern Dallas has long been called part of Trans Texas Corridor TTC-35 project. A public private partnership on I-35 itself is also part of the TTC concept once TxDOT abandoned new corridor options and switched to existing corridors.

During floor debate on SB 1730, Rep. Larry Phillips, Chair of the House Transportation Committee, assured his colleagues the bill had nothing to do with the TTC. But it clearly does.

The CDA for SH 130 gave financial incentives to TxDOT for raising the speed limits. TxDOT received a $100 million pay-off from Cintra (2012) for raising the speed to 85 MPH. TxDOT subsequently lowered the speed limit on the free alternative US 183 in Lockhart.

I would call this wishful thinking. Montgomery Blair Sibley has been fighting the courts for over two years. Gutless cowards in black robes. For those unfamiliar with Montgomery, he is a highly skilled attorney who did everything legally possible to get Soetoro removed through the statute passed by Congress to remove someone who has usurped the office they pretend to hold. Such is the case with Barry Soetoro aka Obama. Which is why Soetoro cannot be impeached. Since he usurped the office, he never held or occupied the office of president, therefore, you cannot impeach someone who did not legally occupy the office.

If an impeachment were successful, that would feed the big lie that all legislation Soetoro signed into "law" is valid, federal judges as well as his two Supreme Court picks, Sotomayor and Kagan, would be declared legal. THAT would set one of the worst legal precedents in the history of this republic.

As for Willard Romney, he won the election because Soetoro was constitutionally ineligible to appear on any state ballot. Will Romney challenge the election? Even if he got ten million letters asking him to do so, I would say the chances are zero. Personally, I don't think he has the raw courage it would take to file a quo warranto. Think he doesn't know what's been going on with the impostor in the White House and his eligibility? Of course, he does. Better to sit on his tens of millions, act the martyr and perhaps someday emerge "reinvigorated" and ready to go! That's how the dirty game of politics is played. He obviously cares nothing for the U.S. Constitution.

Over six months ago, I sent the IRS the $850.00 application fee for my new corporation (which is getting old waiting), Helping Wagging Tails Foundation for a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity. We are a duly registered corporation here in the State of Texas. I can't get the Texas tax exempt status until I get the one from the IRS. Normal time is 90 days. It's now twice that long, so I've had to spend some of the donation money from donors to have our attorney get in the IRS' face. I worked very hard getting it all put together with two friends. We are paid nothing and gladly volunteer, only to get kicked in the teeth by the Internal Robbing Service.

The letter I received from the IRS in January acknowledging receipt of my check and application stated it would be assigned an agent. As of today, no agent has been assigned my application.

Who signed the letter? Lois Lerner. Yep, the same Lois Lerner who took the Fifth in front of Congress. What office? Cincinnati, of course; the same office that torched the massive scandal underway. I have no doubt I'm on many lists, but this is hurting my ability to raise money for humane societies here in W. Texas that desperately need physical improvements to make their facilities better for all those dog and cats waiting for new homes.
