vote for Her Majesty. The thought of a woman as Commander in Chief of

military makes me sick beyond words.

Where to start? I'm old enough to have been in fray when Bill
and Hill ran for
the White House in 1992. The photo of the manual 'SECRET' in my
introduction
column to these candidate files is something everyone should read.
Unfortunately, this body of work is copyrighted, so I can't scan it

had been
successful in securing a national health care program when they first
took
office, would the constitutional basis for such federal legislation
have been
Article 12 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and
Cultural
Rights, which provides that everyone has the right to "the highest
attainable standard of physical and mental health" arising from the
"creation of conditions which would assure to all medical services and
medical attention in the event of sickness." Would not the draconian
"medical" crimes set forth in Hillary's proposed legislation have
been classified as "offenses against the laws of nations"?
